唐正研讨员



唐正博士,博士生导师,先辈低维质料中央特聘研讨员。19849月生。2007年本科结业于北京科技大学质料物理专业。20142月于瑞典林雪平大学使用物理系获博士学位。曾任瑞典林雪平大学博士后,助理传授(2014.2-2016.2),德国德累斯顿产业大学使用光物理系洪堡学者(2016.2-2017.12)。201712月份参加齐发国际APP先辈低维质料中央。次要研讨偏向包罗低维、无机、无机无机杂化光电子器件质料,工艺与器件物理。研讨内容触及薄膜印刷制备方式,光电子手艺根底,及光电子器件在动力、照明与表现、通讯与传感等偏向的使用。到现在为止,揭晓学术论文总计30篇,总被引次数700余次。以第一或通讯作者揭晓论文11篇,包罗Adv. Mater.3篇), Adv. Energy. Mater.3篇), Mater. Today1篇), J. Mater. Chem. A2篇), 以及Macromolecules1篇)和Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys.1篇)。



研讨偏向:

1、光电子器件质料,器件,及器件物理。
